If you are in the Mississauga area and love coffee Bean Wise is the place for you! It is a tasting emporium that has every syrup, Keurig or Nespresso pod, cup or any coffee/tea related appliance! I had no idea that a place like this existed and when I stumbled upon it I could not be happier!
As soon as I walked in the entire wall of coffee syrups was the first thing I gravitated towards! There were so many to choose from, there were classic syrups like vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar and hazelnut! There are also seasonal favourites like pumpkin spice, salted caramel, butter pecan and gingerbread! In the summer there are many flavoured iced teas and lemonade and Bean Wise also carries all the fruit flavoured syrups like, lime, coconut, mango and orange! There are too many to name, not to mention an entire section for sugar free syrups as well! There is definitely something for everyone and so many choices definitely made it harder to choose what to bring home!
I personally have a Keurig coffee maker and don’t have trouble finding pods, but sometimes when I decide to try a new flavour or brand of coffee pod, I don’t always like it! Bean Wise eliminates that fear because you’re able to sample one of the MANY Keurig pods they have to make sure you like what you’re buying! This is something that is such a nice added bonus! There are also many flavoured syrups that you can also add to your free drink tasting! Most times I try to recreate Starbucks drinks or flavoured coffee and finding certain syrups of flavoured pods are a little tricky but this place had it all, and being able to try a few things made it really easy to pinpoint certain flavours!
You’re able to mix and match different pods within the same price range this way you don’t need to commit to just one brand or flavour! There are also so many different appliances like Soda streams and so many flavours that pair with that machine! There is loose teas, fresh presses, mugs and cups, coffee beans and so much more!
Needless to say, if you like coffee, tea, or anything in that category it is worth taking a look! You will save a lot of money by attempting to make gourmet coffee or tea at home! Usually they are able to do more as a tasting emporium but due to COVID they are ensuring that all measures are in place! Hopefully they will be offering different tasting experiences soon!
