Summer calls for exploring and sweet treats! If you are from or passing through Barrie, Ontario, you are going to want to stop and visit The Vibe Barrie! It is the perfect trendy spot with gorgeous decor and good eats!
The decor is the first thing that catches your eye! There is a neon theme running throughout with pink being predominant! It is so on trend and it almost feels like the entire place is a photo opportunity! I loved the wallpaper and the booths are really comfy! This is a place that is really amazing for groups and friends, all tables, booths, the foods are very much targeted towards groups!
Their menu is super tasty as well! There is a fair amount of variety, they are best known for their sandwiches and burgers, there is a “Fried Chicken” sandwich with a chicken filet, sriracha aioli, pickles, honey mustard, and butter vibe slaw! I tried this sandwich and it was fresh, full of flavour and delicious! There are some smashburgers as well as a vegetarian burger called “The Veggie” that includes an impossible veggie patty, vibe sauce, pickles, avocado, butter, lettuce and tomato!
They also have really cool milkshakes! Such as the Birthday Cake Shake, made with Vanilla, Raspberry Sprinkles, Birthday Cake, Whipped Cream, Cherry and Strawberry Sauce! They have a beautiful milkshake that is perfectly on theme, it is called Pretty in Pink! This has Cotton Candy, Nerds, Strawberry Syrup, Whipped Cream and Cherry Topper! Lastly, for the chocolate lovers there is a smores + oreo milkshake!
There are also a few snack/side items like french fries, poutine, onion rings, chicken strips and jalapeno poppers! With all this amazing food and drinks, dessert is a must and The Vibe Barrie does not disappoint! They have delicious fluffy mini donuts! There are a few standard donut flavours that they always offer, these include the ‘OG’ which is powdered sugar, Chai Cinnamon Sugar and Vanilla Sprinkle! They have changing monthly flavours as well so definitely ask them about that special feature!
