During the summer season comes patios, outdoor dining, sangria’s and the best of fruity cocktails! One way that I’ve upped my at home drink game is with fruit ice cubes!
The first thing you need is an ice tray, any ice tray will work, I personally preferred smaller cubers, so my ice tray was smaller but you can use any you’d like! Then, I cut the fruits I wanted into small pieces! I used strawberries, cherry, oranges and I left the blueberries whole! Lastly, the ingredient that really gave the ice cubes a really refreshing twist was mint leaves! I added the fruits and mint leaves to the ice tray first then poured the water over top not filling them up too much, but just enough to cover the fruits and mint!

I let it sit in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, then they were ready to serve! They can be served with any summertime drink or cocktail, I love to pair my fruit ice cubes with some la croix or any flavoured sparkling water for added fruity flavour!
I hope these ice cubes become a summertime staple for you! Enjoy!
Sincerely, Celine
