The menu at Alexxia Brunch is a delightful blend of classic brunch staples and innovative creations. We had the bottomless mimosa drink package, and it was well worth it, we tried all the flavours, cranberry, orange and pineapple. My favourite was a mix of cranberry and pineapple!

- Chicken & Waffles: Freshly fried chicken served with fluffy waffles and Bourbon Maple Syrup and a side of pickles
- Brioche French Toast: Thick slices of brioche soaked in a vanilla custard, served with fresh berries and maple syrup.
- Blue Crab Omelet: Fluffy omelets packed with Jumbo Crab, Asparagus, Havarti Cheese, Hollandaise, Fine Herbs, with a side of Breakfast Potatoes and served on an English Muffin
- Italian Chopped Salad: A fresh bowl of Tricolor Greens, Artichokes, Cherry Tomatoes, Pepperoncini, Garbanzos, Salumi, Fontina, topped with Oregano Vinaigrette

Café Belle Madeleine: Breakfast at the Paris Hotel
Café Belle Madeleine transports you to the streets of Paris with its delicious bakery items and breakfast croissants! I opted for the bacon, egg and cheese croissant and it was absolutely delicious, soft, buttery, and really filling! I also had the Iced Chai Tea Latte and it was the perfect combo! Definitely make a stop here if you are passing by the Paris Hotel and need a quick bite to eat!
Hello Kitty Café: Delight for All Ages
Located at the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, The Hello Kitty Cafe is something not to miss if you love Hello Kitty! This playful café is adorned with vibrant Hello Kitty-themed decor, from adorable pink furniture to character-themed artwork. It’s a hit with fans of all ages, offering a fun and family-friendly atmosphere.

- Hello Kitty Cookies: There are two types of cookies and I opted for the Hello Kitty Cookie, but there is also a donut shaped cookie! These are sugar cookies with fondant!

Donutique is a chic, Instagram-worthy café that specializes in gourmet donuts. The sleek, modern interior features comfortable seating and stylish decor, making it a perfect spot to relax and indulge in sweet treats.

The star of the show here is, of course, the donuts:
- Signature Glazed: A classic favorite with a perfectly sweet glaze.
- Blueberry Yuzu: Blueberry compote, yuzu curd, blueberry white chocolate, meringue
- Strawberry Cheesecake: Cheesecake filling, strawberry glaze, buttercream, meringue, dried strawberry crispy
I had a seasonal favorite, the lemon donut with a candied lemon and lemon icing! In addition to donuts, Donutique offers a selection of specialty coffees and teas to pair with your treat.
