Pumpkins After Dark – Milton, Ontario

There is an amazingly creative experience in Milton that will put you right into the fall and Halloween spirit! There are multiple locations around the country including one in Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton and the one I visited in Milton, located within the GTA and just outside of Toronto!

This amazing attraction is award winning for a reason! Throughout the many exhibits there are a total of over 10,000 hand-carved pumpkins, making it an event that must not be missed! Once you arrive – there will probably be a line if you decide to visit on a popular night, but there are also a few great signs you can see on your way in! There are many volunteers guiding you where to park, I would suggest visiting on a dry night, definitely not during or after a rainfall. Not only are the exhibits outside, but it is also mostly gravel and dirt, so it can get muddy quickly!

Once you park and get your tickets checked at the entrance, you will be guided towards a few concession stands – where I will highly suggest grabbing a hot chocolate or warm drink to keep your hands warm during your walk through the exhibits (especially if it’s a cold night!).

Once you start walking through the attraction, you’ll notice that there are different themed areas, such as nightmare alley, including a spider dome you can walk through, as well as a more kid friendly area with exhibits featuring disney princesses and characters from movies like Toy Story!

There are also some really cool costumes like a huge scarecrow/jack-o-lantern that was walking around making an appearance! There are also some minor scary elements like a live photo frame and other fun things!

If there is anything that will get you into the Halloween spirit, it is this! If you don’t believe me, you’ll just have to go see it for yourself! Get your tickets HERE!

Sincerely, Celine!
